At last we have been able to hold our first RCA Downtowners lunch in person for over a year!
We've been doing Downtowners Lunches for over twenty years. In the past, between six and twelve people attended. We come for good company and good conversation, each person brings their own wallet.
The restaurant staff asked that we call on Thursday night to give them an accurate estimate of our numbers so they can be prepared for us. They are a bit short-staffed as so many businesses and restaurants are these days.
I expect that a lot of members will want to join in. If you 97% or more expect to come, contact me before Thursday to let me know at president@rosecityastronomers.org. And then show up and have a great time seeing your friends in person and having hugs and wonderful conversation.
