This is our first RCA Holiday Potluck gathering since December 2019! We will be meeting in OMSI’s Theory Cafe at 6:30 p.m.
The Theory Cafe is a great place to have our potluck. It is warm, convivial, and perfect for good conversation. We will not have a speaker program. Instead, our Annual Report, Board Members Voting, and Sky Report.
RCA will not be collecting food and clothes before the potluck. This year, we strongly encourage RCA members to donate to the Oregon Food Bank online. As we come to the end of an extraordinary year, we must make sure we do not allow hunger to be a symptom of COVID-19. Your tax-deductible gift helps Oregon Food Bank gather nourishing food and distribute it quickly and effectively to those in need.
We encourage members to bring their favorite dish or dessert. The club will be providing drinks, plates, cups, and utensils as well as pizzas to supplement what everyone brings. Power will not be available, which means that we will not be able to warm or cook dishes there.
We expect everyone to be responsible for everything they bring. Please make sure that your dish is cleaned up before leaving. We also need to clean the tables after the potluck. So, please consider staying to help out at the end of the event.
